The Golden hour in the new year 2026
In the first days of 2026 I went back to the shoreline for a winter session - rough tide, cold spray, and a sun that kept breaking through the clouds at the worst possible angle. I used long exposure and a Big Stopper filter to “freeze” the sea into silky motion, while fighting lens flares and constant drops on the filter that forced me to stop and clean it again and again. This set is about staying present in chaos - and finding a calm frame inside a restless ocean.
